To request customer support, please follow these simple steps:
METHOD 1: Our Support Portal
1. Visit www.solvancy.com and then click “Support”
2. Click on “I’m a customer and I need to pen a ticket for a current or past project”
3. And submit a ticket or click on the plus sign (+) at the menu then “Submit a ticket”
4. Provide as much details as possible for the best results
5. Attach photos and other documents as needed
6. Click “Submit” and we’ll get started on your issue(s)
METHOD 2: By email
Simply send an email to support@solvancy.com with as much details as possible and a support ticket will automatically get open on your behalf.
